1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any service or content provided by reze888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

1. Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, graphics, game assets, interface designs, text, logos, and other materials on the reze888 platform are the proprietary property of reze888 or its licensed providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the reze888 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of reze888. Unauthorised use of reze888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Termination & Account Closure

Members may close their accounts at any time by contacting reze888 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their primary payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority regulations and applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through reze888's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration.
